I thought it was going to be easy.
24 hours later I still have no service.
I was on with Facebook chat assist for six hours yesterday and now they seem to have ported out my phone number that I have had for 12 years (? Yes, really!) and want to assign me a new one!
I still have no cell phone service.
I think it might be time to leave the family. This is ridiculous.

Hey @stpete , did you try to use the self service tool to transfer the e-SIM?

Oh yes I did everything in their instructions. A total mess. Now no service at all on either phone.
