Anybody know how to get rid of that? It doesn't matter, because it doesn't affect me. I've been with Visible for nearly a year. It just bugs me that pops up every time I log into the app. Just curious if anyone knows how to permanently get rid of that message.

Hey @Jonathan - I've seen this happen with a few people before... I'd recommend you send a direct message to Visible support so that an account specialist can look into it.
You can message @VisibleCare on Twitter, use the chat on Visible.com or send them a message on Facebook Messenger...

Did you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling? If that doesn’t get rid of it you need to contact support.

I did, didn't do anything. My service works great and I've been with Visible for awhile now, but that message just bugs me for some reason.
