Enable personal hotspot

My iPhone tells me to contact Visible to enable a personal hotspot. What is the process to allow me to set this up?

That's what I am trying to figure out... how did they resolve the connection and wondering if the Free Trial line that one gets can be converted to a hot spot.  Anyone?
