I am trying to sign up but through the app will not accept my payment. I get:
" Execution of ServiceCallout ServiceCalloutCheck-out_AddPaymentMethod failed. Reason: ResponseCode 401 is treated as error".
I used chat with Visible agent (for over an hour) and got no where. Deleted and reinstalled app, restarted iphone, cleared cache, etc. They had no idea what the problem was. I used several credit cards and Venmo with no luck.
Any ideas?
