Visible works only in US for visible base plan.
Visible+ plan works in US, Canada, Mexico.
If you enable "Wi-Fi Calling" functionality you can make calls to US as if you are in US. Caveat is that you need to be connected to WiFi and you should enable this feature while you are in US connected to Visible network.
Otherwise the best option is to buy a local sim targeted for tourists at the arriving country airport. Have a wonderful trip. Cheers!
