FedEx lost my phone. Visible support has been terrible


I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max from Visible because of the financing offer through Affirm. The tracking number has been saying "pending" for the last 10 days. I called FedEx over a week ago and they told me that the package has lost scan which essentially means that it was lost. I contacted Visible immediately and let them know and they said they would escalate the case to their specialists. Since then, no one from their chat support to their specialists have been helpful. All they have been saying is to wait another 5 business days. I have also filed a BBB case against them and they haven't responded to that either. I can't even file a chargeback since I financed the phone with Affirm. I feel like I'm totally screwed. Does anyone know what I can do about this?
