Free Trial SMS Issue

I set up the free trial today, so I have my original SIM + the Visible E-SIM. Calls work fine inbound and outbound, but am unable to send text messages. Seems the phone is confused by the presence of 2 SIMs (???). Please help.

Hi @RoyKent, apologies on the delay reaching out to you.  Has your issue been resolved?

Depending on whether you have Android or iPhone, you need to tell the phone which SIM to use for which service.  Most likely it's having trouble trying to use the other SIM card.  If you still need assistance, please let us know if you have Android or iPhone.

Someone suggested that I cycle the phone -- the cardinal rule of computing -- and, of course, that fixed it. But thank you, RyanBlakeIT.
