I have followed all of the steps for activation for the new updated SIM, participated in 4 chats and all of their suggestions, and still no service. Have tried reset network, worked for a day, then would not start up the next day. Tried that repeatedly without success. Did all of the turn it on, turn it off, take out the card, put it back in, on , off,,, Any ideas?
