The chat doesn't seem to understand. I can't log in to my account because it wants to sent a code to my phone. The phone and the sim in it are gone. Need to have new sim sent to me. Have a phone from verizon that will work with visible. Can a Human at visible please reply.

Visible doesn't visit these pages since it is a peer to peer forum.
When using chat answer some of the questions and when it allows you to, type the word agent.
You can also message them on Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit.

@DeanKevin64; I'll try that. The chat keeps wanting me to either signup for visible to get a sim or it wants me to log into my account. But when logging into account it wants to send a code to my phone. So have been using chat as a guest. Also it says I should turn on wifi calling. Been repeatedly telling it that I don't have the phone and can they send a new sim to the address they have on file. Again sends me to signup page to get a sim. Very frustration. Been back and forth for almost 2 months. Which they have collected my money plus I am right now having to pay for a prepaid service so I can have phone calls. Thanks for you reply

If you are using another phone try using a laptop/desktop instead. Don't ask the chatbot for a SIM card. Open the chat as a guest go to the bottom and select something else, a box pops up type agent, then select none of these options at the bottom, then click agent assistance at the bottom on the next page, it should put you in Que for chat.
If you are having issues with chat, if you belong to any of the social media groups I mentioned or Reddit message them there, you get the same agents as chat. They will send you a verification email to your email address on your account to verify who you are. Ask them to send you out a new SIM card because yours is gone or stolen or whatever the case is.
