No monthly rate on Global Pass. It's $10 per day when turned on. Have read that even just being on Wi-Fi can trigger Global Pass. If you are on the monthly plan for Plus or Plus Pro plan you can accrue 1 Global Pass credit per month for a total of 12 banked credits, once you hit 12 you can't accrue anymore. If you purchase the annual plan for Plus you get 12 credits up front, annual Plus Pro plan you get 24 credits up front, once used up you won't get any until the next annual payment. Only thing prorate at Visible is when you upgrade from a lower price plan to a higher price plan, downgrading or leaving mid-month/year plans are prepaid and no refunds, Global Pass is charged the second you trigger data it will be a $10 charge per day. I have also read that if you travel to multiple countries in one day such as switching flights, if you trigger GP in one country you could possibly trigger GP in another country and get charged a 2nd time in one day.
