Global Pass carry over

It said in the website, with visible+ account, "Members may carry up to 12 Global Passes at any time." How can I check that? Thanks

Go to your visible app settings and then right below your plan you will see the global pass toggle feature as well as the number of passes available to you

If you still need verification you would need to contact Visible customer service by chat or messaging them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit. 

 

I wasn't able to see the number of passes available.  I did reach out the visible and find out 12 free Global Pass is only available for annual plan and not monthly.   Just FYI

Visible customer service isn't trained properly. The information in that link I posted it states they don't expire and you can bank up to 12. The difference between the monthly and annual is you get all 12 up front when you pay annually, you don't accrue them one by one for the 12 months you prepaid. When you spoke with customer service they likely didn't understand what you were asking if you were inquiring about the 12 free Global Pass credits, if you asked or worded it in that they misinterpreted what you were asking which is likely why they said it was only available on the annual. I don't work for Visible and I am on the base plan so I can't collect Global pass credits. If you need further confirmation about this I would ask or word it this way, if each monthly Global Pass I collect will be banked and be there for me to use at a later date. If worded that way they should confirm that is the case.

    • 1 complimentary day of Global Pass per month.

      • This complimentary Global Pass does not expire.
    • Can bank up to 12 Global Passes.
      • Members on the Visible+ annual plan receive all 12 complimentary Global Passes at time of activation.

I was with visible+ for over a year on the monthly plan and I didnt get the monthly Global Pass.  The only I have it's the free pass I got when I switch from base to plus plan.  That's 1 confirmation that no free Global Pass for monthly plan.

The rep also clearly states free Global Pass are only available for annual plan and not monthly.  I did leave visible becuz of this.  I may come back when I travel within US.

It depends on which Visible+ plan you were on, there are two versions, if it was before March 27th that is version 1 and Global pass didn't exist. You would have needed to upgrade to the Visible+ 2.0 to get it. You won't accrue or even have access to Global Pass on version 1.0.

 

Again the agent you spoke to is wrong, it had to be the way you ask the question, if you asked about 12 Global pass credits he misunderstood and that is why is said it was only available on the annual, I am sure he thought you meant all 12 up front. You can bank credits on monthly plan.

 

You left so it doesn't really matter now anyway.
