Google Pixel 10 eSIM IMEI Issue

I Bought a new unlocked Google Pixel 10 and Visible is not accepting the IMEI. Even though Verizon says it is compatible, and Visible sells the Pixel 10, my IMEI is not working for them. Now I am on a countdown to trade in my old phone and get this new one working. Hoping it is accepted before I am forced to leave Visible. Anyone have any suggestions? I have contacted both Visible and Google, both said it was the other's responsibility.

I have read about this issue in the past with new phones when they come out and not just Pixel. I think it takes some time for Visible to get the IMEI lot of numbers added into their database. How long it takes I can't say for sure. You have already done what some have suggested on Visible's Reddit page and that is to run it through the BYOD option at Verizon, it supposedly will help add it to the database at Visible. How long this takes and if it works I can't say. Sorry I don't have any other solutions.

This is one reason I won't buy an iPhone is because of the eSIM only thing and it is sad that Google started that on the Pixel as I just got into the Pixel phones this last summer and like them. Not going back to Samsung and hate to go back to Motorola.

I just got a google Pixel 10 and cannot get the phone Activated with eSim.  Why is Visible selling phones that cannot be activated???
