Signed up for visible about a week ago. Ported my number in and for whatever reason, it failed. It's been almost a week of me wasting time trying to actually get answers out of their incompetent support. All I hear is the same line every day via email and the chat..."its escalated" or we've assigned this the most urgent priority" combined with "it'll be fixed in 24 hours". 24 hours comes and I still don't have my line. Its been a week of this , along with having no service because they refuse to activate a temporary line for me.
