Hacked account

Someone hacked my account and changed everything including email address since 10/2021. I didn’t notice it until recent since the phone service had no issue and I didn’t have to sign in to visible account, plus didn’t really care about not receiving email from visible.
I have reached out visible team multiple times and was told account special team working on it. However, it has been a month and nothing corrected. I never got update as promised and today they have to open new case per policy since it was not fixed within correct frame time.

I don’t know what to do 😞

I'd suggest you do another chat with customer service and request that they escalate your case to get a resolution.  It's worth a try.

I did multiple times and still no answer!
