Well, I need help from the community. I've had Visible for about two years. But before I quit, I'll give it another chance, because I speak very little English and my communication is only through chat. I work near the Miami Airport and the communication there is terrible with Visible. I get a line all the time and sometimes the transmission drops. But the problem is that it has gotten worse recently. It's impossible to access my computer through the wifi connection and I would like an agent to take my phone and reset it for me because they did it for me on another occasion and my problem was solved. But now they require another phone and another number from the chat. I only have this one and not another phone. I only have the Visible number if someone can help me. Thank you very much.
