I recently purchased the visible+ plan that includes a separate line for an Apple Watch. I have spent 2 hours with visible customer service trying to help me and they told me to go to a Verizon store only for the Verizon store to tell me I needed to contact visible.
the issue: when trying to connect my watch to cellular, I follow the prompts through the Apple Watch app, which takes me to log I to visible. When I log in I receive a screen saying the watch has been connected and to hit continue. This then takes me back to the Apple Watch set up for cellular and it just loops through this process without being able to finish the cellular watch activation.
