Help! Visible is charging me for two phones! Chat/app no help.

Two days ago I deleted an Apple 4 watch and added an Apple 6. Almost immediately I received notice that my PayPal acct had been charged for $35. This is $10 more than I have paid every month. When I signed up I was told my charges would never change! The billing should have been for $25 but I cannot find a way to make this correction using any of the chat features. I've spent several hours trying and it keeps repeating a list of billing issues that don't relate. I have tried each one of them and nothing works.
Please, could a real human read this and let me know how to get the erroneous $10 off my bill for January and future months?

I am a real person but the bad thing is you are on a community forum made up of other customers and not customer service. If you are having issue getting through on chat, once you answer a few questions and a dialog box appears type agent and I believe it asks if you want to be connected to a live agent. You can also message them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, X, Instagram or their support page on Reddit.
As for the $10 charge if you are on the base plan and added apple watch service that is not included in the base plan price and is an extra $10 per month to have that. A watch plan is included in the plus at no extra charge. If you need to see what you are being charged for, sign into your account either on a computer or the app and go to payment history and click the January bill, it will show any extra charges their.
