Ported in a phone number that was my 92 year old mothers, then she couldn’t use a smartphone. Visible doesn’t offer a flip phone or anything simple so service had to be terminated. Visible cannot or will not port out my mom’s number. Hours and hours wasted but competent customer service is non existent. So frustrating.
