How do I get my money back?

I bought a new 2024 phone after checking it's IMEI in visible's tool and it was ok for an esim, then I spent the last 48 hours trying to get any service after paying for it and nothing!

 

There is a semi-fake chat that doesn't really work that they have with robots or probably slave-wage foreigners in very far away countries who only spend a few mins with me every time and vanish after wasting my time as soon as we get to actually solving the problem. That happens probably only 5% of the attempts, in the majority of times, it only freezes and I have to refresh the page and start over. The least that can be said is that it is an extremely humiliating chaos. We had a line with them before for over 5 years and it was good. After this experience, we screen printed all the abrupt chat attempts and may turn in into a narrated documentary that will cost them their underwear if they don't fix or return the money they took.

 

What should I do.

 

Details:

1. everytime i restart I see on a black background "SIM service provider unlock PIN SIM locked for operator: Visible" followed by two buttons "unlock" and "dismiss", dismiss goes to normal phone desktop but no cellular service, unlock (with or without entering numbers) goes to saying "unlock was unsuccessful" and back to the black screen.

2. zero bars and in mobile data it says "so sim selected"?!

3. in the settings "network locked - no service"

4. In the settings-simcards there are two entries, one is empty space and the other is visible-active.

 

Things we tried:

1. restarting phone, or turning off and waiting variable amount of time and then turning on.

2. uninstalling the visible app and reinstalling it.

3. resetting cellular network settings (at least twice)

This is a peer to peer forum and no one from Visible likely even visits here. 

 

Visible is a prepaid service with a no refund policy, I think most prepaid is like this. 

 

When you open chat answer something else to the questions, once a text box appears type agent, it should ask you if you want to speak to a representative. You can also contact them by messaging them on Facebook, Instagram or X/Twitter.
