Hi,
Not a customer yet. I have an old Moto Z3 with Verizon that is not supported at Visible. It has a physical SIM card. I am switching to a new Samsung S25 (has physical & esim) and to Visible. What are the proper steps?
1) Do I move my SIM to the new phone through Verizon first? Is that just putting the SIM card into the Samsung phone?
2) Then do I move the service to Visible? Can I do that via the eSIM? (in other words I'd like to be off of the physical SIM to move to Visible....how do I do that?)
Thanks!!

If you are not planning to stick with Verizon then you don't need to move the card first. You can just use the new phone with eSIM and start the process with Visible. I am guessing you are porting your number so don't cancel your service with Verizon, keep it active, when the port completes and you are active on Visible the port will cancel your service at Verizon.

ort in tell it you want an e-Sim. Note you will need your account number, Port out pin, Phone number, and zip code. Note your port out pin is different from the pin you give when you call CS.

When I became a Visible customer I moved from Spectrum (also uses Verizion) as my provider. I am an iPhone user and was able to activate the eSIM for Visible and have service within 30 minutes. I did this all without even contacting Visible and working with a person. The new Visible service had a new phone number. After Visible was active I submitted the request to port my number from Spectrum to Visible, and that took a few hours to switch it.
I was impressed with how easy it was to self-activate Visible service and port my number. My previous experience with moving from ATT to Spectrum was painful and took many hours with multiple people at Spectrum to get it activated and get my number ported.
