I am having trouble transfering my esim to a samsung z flip 4

I am trying to transfer my esim to a Samsung z flip 4 but it's not working tru the visible app. One suggestion was using a physical sim or get a QR code

I am unsure of using eSIM since I have only used pSIM but from what I read Visible can email you a QR code that may help you in this situation. Not sure but I believe you need to use IMEI number 2 for the eSIM if you didn't know that and not the phones main IMEI number.
