I can not get service

Hello,

I recently bought a new phone and tried to transfer my eSIM. The agent deleted my old eSIM and told me they would send me a QR code by email. However, I cannot receive emails from Visible (my email is blocked), so I never got the QR code. Now my old eSIM does not work, and I cannot verify my account.

Because I cannot log in, I cannot manage my service, even though autopay is still active and charging me. I am paying for a line that I cannot use. Support told me that since I cannot verify myself, I would have to keep paying the bill forever, which does not seem fair or possible.

I need help restoring access to my account and receiving my QR code through another method (alternate email, text, or another form of verification). If this cannot be resolved, I need my autopay stopped so I am not charged for a service I cannot use.

This is a peer to peer forum and nothing we can do about your issue. 

 

Why or who is blocking your email? You need to figure that out. If you get emails from Visible that your bill has been paid then it isn't being blocked. Check your junk folder, make sure Visible is on your whitelist, even if it isn't I think it would still go to your junk folder. Contact your ISP and make sure they aren't blocking Visible's IP address for mail. Not sure what else you cant try. If all else fails stop or block payment on the whatever form of payment you are using for Visible. The bad thing about letting your account lapse and not being able to access your account you can't get a port out PIN for your number and you will lose it.
