I can't access my account

I can't access my account my phone is off and I can't receive calls or texts I need a code to get into account and pay bill

To access account you need to contact customer service and have them turn off the 2FA codes it is asking for and then you should be able to get into your account. You can contact them on chat which you can find on you account page before you sign in, little blue box in the bottom right corner. You can also contact them by Facebook messenger and Twitter both icons/links can be found in the bottom righthand corner of this page. They can also be contacted on Reddit by message them, here is the link.

click on more options on the right side and click send message, type your issue and send it.
