I can't do voice calls and send texts. The Internet and all services are working fine.

So what did you end up doing because I have the same problem

The main issue - is not fully downloaded e-sim.
I spent a few days in the line the support. We tried to reset and re-download the e-sim a few times. Maybe something was being done on the Visible side, but nothing did not help. It's a dead end.
I'm waiting for the last mail from Visible. I don't believe that it can help. Looks like it can't to works for me.
