I signed up for Visible today and I wanted to get the Promo Deal. I entered SWITCH26 and BLACKFRIDAY50 but neither promo was applied. So, now my bill is $45/month. I wanted to buy the ANNUAL PLAN. But the sign up would not allow me to sign up for an annual plan or use a promo code.
So, it's a bit of a rip off.

Welp, nice idea but it will not let me upgrade to an annual plan and it did not give me any discounts or promos even though I switched from Verizon and tried to get the annual plan. So, looks like I get a cheap phone bill for a month before I switch to something else unless someone responds to this, which seems very unlikely. Basically I just got ripped off. Live and learn.

By how you worded it you couldn't add both, you needed to select one or the other and apply the code at checkout. Since you are a current customer now they will no longer apply when you try to switch to annual.
Now, here is what you can do, since you just signed up for monthly contact customer by chat or message them on Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter or on their Reddit page. Explain to them you either forgot to add the promo or the promo wouldn't add. Normally in this situation they will add the promo to your account. Since you are on the monthly I don't think they will allow you to switch to the annual plan for that promo.
I will point out that the SWITCH26 will save you more if you stick around for all 26 months. Since Visible has a no refund policy if you chose annual you are in for 12 months, if you want to leave at any point you would lose any remaining time in your billing cycle. At least with the monthly promo you will get the discount for 26 months as long as you don't miss a payment and you can leave anytime and only lose the remainder of your billing cycle.
Hope this helps you to decide to stick around or not. I have been a happy customer for over 4 years.

The comedy of your response is that you are saying that if I want to pay this company for 26 more months I need to do the work myself because they aren't going to do anything at all to help. Well, newsflash, in about 29 days I can just switch to another carrier with zero effort and they get literally nothing. Since they have put in no work at all to help, they deserve nothing.

I was only try to help you get the promo, so if you want the the discount you need to do the work because no one from Visible is going to read this much less automatically give you the discount without asking.
If you read what I wrote you don't have to stick around for 26 months, you can get the discount but leave at any time. To reword it a little, to reap the full benefits of the promo you would need to stick around for 26 months.
Not sure what other carriers are going to do the work for you so good luck on finding one. And if you want to be ignorant and stubborn about it that's fine, leave, it isn't like I or anyone else that sees this rant is going to miss you! Good Bye!!!!

I feel your pain...signed up a friend this weekend....my referral code was not applied and the switch20 did not work...he got stuck for $25 a month instead of $19 a month and no way to get help...Visible sucks. I lost my $20 referral and he did not get $20 off bill...no more referrals from me...

Have your friend contact customer service and they will apply the SWITCH26 promo if he just signed up. The referral code does not apply until the second months bill on his account, but Visible has a $5 so minimum to cover taxes and fees, so referrals will apply first on the base plan and not the promo in the following months, the promo will resume when all referrals are used, your friend will not lose any of the remaining monthly promo credits. As for you and your friends referral credit it may take a couple days before the referral shows up on your account. If it doesn't then have your friend contact customer service, do it when they contact them about the promo, have them add a referral, not sure what information Visible needs but your friend might need your account name(not the password) and phone number so a referral can also be applied to your account. I am just a customer myself trying to help you and your friend get the discounts. On Visible's Reddit page others have gotten promos added when they signed up and forgot to add it, same with referrals. Just do a little work and you will get the reward.
