I'm being charged for TWO watches. Can't get any help!

Hello,

Last week I deleted my Apple 4 watch and added my Apple 6. Immediately I my account was charged $35 when all along I have been paying $25. Seems like they added $10/mo for the new watch without subtracting $10 for the removed watch. 

I have tried every billing help screen without any success. It's all automated and keeps taking me back to the billing menu which is irrelevant. Where is "charged the wrong amount?"

Thanks for any help getting the charge put back to $25/mo.

FYI, this is a peer to peer forum and not customer service so there isn't much we can do here but give suggestions.

 

It sounds like you are on the base plan but if you don't have that promotional discounts the monthly charge would be $35, base plan $25 plus $10 service for the watch plan. The plus plan the watch plan is free. Sign into your account on the app or a browser and go to the payment history and click on the most recent payment will give you a break down of what you were charged. Other possibility is that if you made changes it may have removed the promo by mistake if you had one you would then need to contact customer service for help, you can contact customer service by chat or message them on Facebook, Instagram, X or on their support page on Reddit.

Dean, thank you for that advice which I will try to carry out. Last time I looked at my "plan" and my charges it had no info that was useful. I'm not on those social media sites (and really don't want to be) but I guess I can sign up for one and then delete the account after I get help. I really appreciate your taking time to help me.
