I have a new phone I am trying to activate on my existing Visible account. The IMEI compatability check says my new unlocked Pixel 9a is not compatable.
However, when I check the IMEI on Verizon's IMEI checker, it says the phone is fine. Since Visible runs on the Versizon network it seems there is some problem with Visible's IMEI checker.
I would like to find out who can look into this for me.
PS. I've also checked with AT&T and T-mobile. They also say the IMEI is fine for their networks.
And I just yesterday successfully activated my wife's identical Pixel 9a on Visible.

Visible's IMEI database isn't the most up to date system. If you bought it from your carrier instead of from Google that could be the issue. You could try and contact customer service and see if they can add it. Make sure your phone is unlocked if it is a carrier phone.
