In China using Global Pass, All of a Sudden, Not working

Hello. I have been in China for the past 2 weeks with no issue, however, yesterday, my phone won't connect to the network. Two days now. Restarted phone, turned SIM on/off. 

What do I do to get this to work?

This is an issue that is effecting multiple carriers.  This includes Verizon.  Estimated time of restorial is 12 to 24 hours.  Se www.macrumors.com that is where I saw the story.  If my answer helped please accept it as a solution.  Thanks.

Currently I am at BC, Canada,  no services at all from June 26, 2024, 18:30 local time

For update, at 19:00 on June 17th, local time in Vancouver, both 4G and 5G signals were restored.
