Info for subscribing

I'm trying to get some instructions for subscribing. I already wasted over an hour

on this ridiculous chat service that keeps shutting down on me...and I've never chatted with ANYONE yet.

How do I start an actual chat ?

Is there a number to call as a last resort?

I'm not gonna waste much more if my time trying to be a customer.

Any help is appreciated...thanks

Visible customer service is strictly handled through chat or by messaging them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit. I do prefer messaging them on Reddit or Facebook as I can send a message and reply at my convenience and not worry about getting disconnected from chat. From my understanding to keep operating costs down they do not have a 800 customer service system.

 

To help get through on chat when you open the chat, click something else at the bottom, type agent in the text box, select none of these options at the bottom and then select agent assistance at the bottom. This should put you in queue for a live agent.

 

If you need a service that has phone support you may want to look elsewhere.

 

Type a product name
