Instacart notifications

My wife does Instacart and usually receives many notifications about orders, but since switching to Visible today she hasn’t received any. Had anyone else who does Instacart experienced this issue?

She tried that and toggled notifications on/off/ back on again with it seems to be working now. Thanks

Has she tried deleting the app, rebooting the phone & reinstalling?  You can also try a network reset & reboot, this has helped with other related problems.
