Hi, I just upgraded my plan to Visible+ and tried to make a phone call to China. But it says that international calls are not included in my plan. It is so wired and I wonder is there any way to fix this problem.
as DeanKevin64 says type agent or live agent. then pick none of these and you may have to do that twice but you should have an agent. also are you dialing 011 before the number?

No, it seems that my account info wasn't updated in their system even though I have upgraded to visible+ from the basic plan. They solved the problem by updating the info and letting me restarted the phone.
