I want to get this deal it says available to new and existing members but I can't figure out how to get it. If iI add the phone to my cart and then try to add the plan it directs me to my account to change plans. When I do this it removes the phone from my cart. What is the process to get this deal as an existing member

If that doesn't work then you would need to contact customer service and ask them to fix it or add it to your account.

Unfortunately Didnโt work for me. Spent several hours with customer service trying to get this deal to work for me. So frustrated I gave up. Looking for new service because I need a new phone.

I have the exact same issue. As a current customer, I upgraded to Visible + Pro - and the system said it would be active on June 12, 2025. Then I went to deals and found the correct iPhone 14 Plus - and it says code sweetdeal not eligible. Chatted and spoke with customer service to find out the service has to be in effect - and they couldn't change that - and if I wait until 06/12 the deal will no longer be available.
But they said I was free to buy it at full price... so helpful.
