Iphone 14 plus $199 deal with visible plus pro year subscription

I want to get this deal it says available to new and existing members but I can't figure out how to get it. If iI add the phone to my cart and then try to add the plan it directs me to my account to change plans. When I do this it removes the phone from my cart. What is the process to get this deal as an existing member

Here are the instructions from the deals page:

1. New members join Visible on the Visible+ Pro annual plan; Current members update to Visible+ Pro annual plan
2. Select Apple iPhone 14 Plus (128GB) device for purchase
3. Enter promo code SWEETDEAL on the My Bag screen, and complete checkout
4. Activate service on the device  

If that doesn't work then you would need to contact customer service and ask them to fix it or add it to your account.

Unfortunately Didn’t work for me. Spent several hours with customer service trying to get this deal to work for me. So frustrated I gave up. Looking for new service because I need a new phone.
