Is international wifi calling free?

I'm confused about the specifics (and charges) of international calling on the Visible+ plan.  

1. We accrue 1 Global Pass per month for roaming in another country, with the option to purchase extra days.  Can wifi calling be used as a free alternative to purchasing extra passes where wifi is available?

2. Wifi calling *from* the US to Europe or Australia.  Using our home wifi, can we make free international calls by dialing 011 plus the international number?

As for one from what I have read on Visible's Reddit page you can use Wi-Fi calling while abroad. Also, from what I have read if you have Global Pass days accrued and you are planning on using them while on a trip and have Global Pass enabled but want to use Wi-Fi calling instead of GP it has been reported just by using Wi-Fi calling some were charged a GP day. If you are planning a trip longer than you have accrued GP days you might be better off just getting a local SIM and going that route and not even enable GP before you leave. You also need to make sure you have Wi-Fi calling enabled before you leave and make sure it works.

For two, I am not tech savvy but Wi-Fi calling I believe is still routed through the wireless carrier, in this case Visible, I could be wrong, so international calling would be what is allowed on the plan you are on. You said Visible+ but which one is the question, Legacy 1, Legacy 2, which are both older plus plans, or the current Visible+ that come out April 1st. I have not looked to see what each plus plan allows for international calling, you would have to go to visible.com and look in the help section and search for international calling.

WiFi calling is just a feature to route calls thru internet but still thru your mobile number.

Calling thru WiFi with global pass on a foreign country is unclear to me.

You cannot call international number thru WiFi from US. Because you still need to pay to visible. If you want to call internationally from US I would suggest to look for other options or calls thru other apps.
