Around Thanksgiving, I had purchased a deal for buying a year's plan which would give me a sim card and a free iphone 13 alongside it. However when I entered the details for the purchase, the page went blank, I thought it was an issue with my computer and tried multiple times which then caused multiple charges for $395. I thought that the order never went through but it did and ended up on my bank statement even though nothing was ever sent no sim card or phone.
