Issues as new visible customer

New cusomter.   Have an iphone.  Transferred existing phone number.   Issues:  1) Can make outgoing calls. Can receive them and can sent texts.   2) Only one bar maybe 2 at home.  Strange as Verizon has good coverage here. 3) In trying to trouble shoot i was told to delete unused EIMs - I had 4 of them with the same phone number .  Now I get SOS at top of phone.   Can someone guide me through this?

Correction to my initial comments - i am unable to make outgoing calls.

Fixed the problem...don't ask me how.  I just went into settings, copied the existing visible eSIM thatn was added yesterday and renamed it.   Getting 2 - 3 bars now, plus I can now make outgoing calls.  So perhaps sometimes you need to re add the eSIM.
