Just bought new annual plan for black friday deal. My old plan doesn't expire until Feb 2026. Can I wait until my old plan expires before activating the new plan?

Monthly accounts don't start until activation, that begins the billing cycle, I am not sure about when the annual plan begins after signing up. I do know that if an account is inactive for 60 days the account will be terminated. You might want to get an answer from customer service about about this by contacting them, this is a customer based forum and you certainly don't want us telling you something that is wrong. Also, if you requested a pSIM for the annual plan the card is only good for 30 days before it is canceled.

i chatted with a Visible live agent multiple times. they all said i have 30 days to activate from the time of purchase. this sucks because i will be losing like 60 days worth of service
