Just upgraded from legacy to $30 plan. Phone calls work but no DATA

I upgrade and now I receive no data. I can receive phone calls so that works but no data. I using a Samsung s20 Ultra. The IMEI number said that I could upgrade.

I had the same issue and found out when I activated or switched cards it toggles off the mobile data. Go to settings, network & internet, click on mobile network and see if mobile data is on. This is on a Motorola phone and not sure if these are the exact steps to find it on a Samsung phone.

Search the forum for APN settings. I do not think there is an official listing of them.

From what I can tell the SIM card has set and locked them or at least on my device they are. They are all greyed out and can't be changed.
