Locked out of account

Despite already paying my subscription fee on april 30, 2023 , my account says I did not and disconnected my service.
Moreover, now to even login to my account, I need to enter a passcode that is sent to my phone but my phone only receives a message that says my service has been disconnected and therefore I am locked out.
Please help.

You will need to contact customer service by chat, Facebook messenger or Twitter and have them temporarily disable 2FA on your account.
