I have recently tried logging into my visible account and i keep getting a failed login due to too many failed log in attempts even though no one has this account and i try to reset with my phone number but i never get my rest link has anyone had this issue and how can i get my rest link

If I were you, I'd contact customer service on chat. They probably have to unlock your account for you at this point. https://www.visible.com/help You'll see an icon in the bottom right-hand corner. That is the chat. Wait times can be long at times, so grab a cup of hot cocoa to sip on. But once you get on they are super helpful.

I am having the same issue! This is getting old! 1) why won't my password work? 2) how can I reset if they won't send the correct link? 3) It asks for an email instead of a user name?

With Visible, your email address that you signed up for service with is your account user name. Your user name here in this community is unrelated to your Visible account.
