Lost my phone. Trying to buy another. Being blocked by forced 2FA. Support bot won't break loop.

I misplaced my phone while shopping today and set out to buy a replacement phone once I got home. I'm being blocked from completing my purchased by a forced 2FA prompt. When I was able to get to Support, the bot put me in a loop that I can't get out of toward actual assistance with my purchase.

Got to a Live Agent, as the solution instructed, thanks. After verifying thru email and multiple prompted retries, I was able to order a replacement.

They sent phone without Sim. Now, working to get the Sim overnight shipped fast enough to pick up tomorrow. Otherwise Fedex will deliver on a weekday, while I'm out of town.

When I activate the new Sim card, the lost Sim will automatically fall off my account.

I explicitly and repeatedly told them that I lost my phone and needed a replacement phone with a sim. No idea what madness they were scripted to say to make me concerned they weren't getting it but sure enough they sent me my non-esim device alone. So, good luck trying to solve in one go.

Shipping Update: They went with UPS and the tracking no. begins with 1Z so I won't get my hands on it tomorrow.
