Lost phone/Need texts to buy new phone but don't have phone to receive texts

In order to approve credit for monthly billing for a new phone and insurance, the credit company won't approve billing unless they can text me. The phone is lost so I can't receive texts. Any ideas? They don't provide an email option for verification.

In this situation you would need to contact your credit company to see if they can verify who you are a different way. I hate these companies that only allows texting as an option for MFA including Visible.
Only suggestion I have is do you have another phone or can borrow a phone that is capable of using eSIM and transfer your number to that phone temporarily. I think that will require MFA to sign into your account on the app on the new phone and also to be texted to you and for that you need to contact Visible customer service and they can verify who you are by sending an email to your email address used on your account and lift the MFA, I think the MFA is then lifted for 24 hours. Once you get the app downloaded and get past the MFA there should be a transfer to new phone option. If you have line lock turned on in your account you need to turn that off and I think the wait time is one hour before you can make the transfer.
