I lost my phone in the water due to a car wreck yesterday. I am trying to order a new phone but it keeps wanting to text me a verification code. I will not receive these texts due to the phone being at the bottom of canal. How can I order a new phone or transfer service to a older phone without having to have a verification code? I Need to speak with a live agent.

On the website on your sign up page before you sign in there is a little blue box in the bottom right hand corner of the page, click on that it will open the chat dialog box, type agent or live agent or you will chat with a robot. You can also contact them by Facebook messenger or Twitter by DM, both links/icons can be found bottom right hand corner of this page. Once you are on chat or contacting them explain the situation and they will temporarily disable your 2FA so you can proceed.
