Missing SIM

I have been waiting for 10 days for my SIM card. US Postal shows no recent movement. I tried to get help using the help bot but it is useless for this problem. There doesn't seem to be a phone number or an email address to send my concerns to. I paid for my service up front. Does that service not start until activation? Is there a way to request a replacement SIM? Or did I make a mistake going with a service that I have no way to make direct contact with?

i have found the transition from VZ to Visible to be entirely stressful. Horrible.

Service will not start until you get the pSIM and activate it. Unless something changed in the few years since I started here you should not be charged for service until you activate, the day you activate begins your billing cycle.

 

No, Visible doesn't have a phone number or email address for customer service, everything is handled by chat or by messaging them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit. If you use chat to get by the bot try answering something else in the choices until a dialog box comes up and then type agent, it should then ask if you want to be connected to a representative. Once connected with an agent explain you haven't gotten you card yet they should send a new one. They will deactivate the one that they already sent so if it shows up before you get the new one it will not activate.
