Mms video comes in as a photo and 0-second voice note

Is there a number I can call instead of chatting with a bot? I suspect it's something to do with the apn and I've had trouble with customer service communication once in a while a video comes in and works, but 99% of the time, videos and voice notes in messages come through as a blurry pic and invalid audio. Everything else works. I'm puzzled, any ideas much appreciated thanks!

Unfortuantely, there's no number that can be called. All support is via Chat, Facebook, X, etc.
