Moto g 5G (XT2417D) purchased from Visible Store NO 5G

Moto G 5G purchased from Visible store has TRACFONE software channel and won't get a 5G signal with Visible. 

This is absolutely ridiculous. Purchased on November 8th from Visible Store. 

Spent hours on with Visible Support and still no 5G signal.
