Vision's form is not accepting my account number or port out PIN from Verizon. Verizon says the numbers are accurate, and the problem is on Vision's end. What do I do?
I am also having the same issue. Was using Verizon prepaid and Visible just can't recognize my account # at all. Visible customer rep couldn't help either. Sigh
