My Visable app is not working.

To whom it may concern, my Visable app has been acting funny since the storm a day ago. My service doesnt work at all.It will not show anything after I log in to the Visableapp to figureout whats going on with my service.i can access the text help box but that doesn't help l. the bot does not understand the issue . I have deleted my eSim thinking it would help. And now I can't re-download it because my app is not working.(everything is up to date App,Phone,Etc.)I've tried everything and it's not on my end. I did nothing but pay my bill then it stopped working please help I have a life to get back too and this is extremely inconvenient. I pay my bill on time (most of the time)

To get by the chat bot type agent in the text box and it should ask if you want to speak to an agent.

 

If you are having issues with the app, uninstall it and install it again. You can also try connecting with customer service on a laptop/desktop, might be better so when you communicate with them you are able to work on the phone.

 

Also, if service stopped during a storm it could have been the tower near you went down.

Now I can't log in(message says "your request could not be completed at this time, try again later.") I also sent a message to another community manager hoping this would spread like a wild fire because there is no trouble shoot for this issue I would really like to speak to someone about this. I don't feel this is being taken seriously.  I need a mod who can get me a an agent or someone who can actually help me, again there is no trouble shoot for this issue this is extremely urgent. 

I don't think you will get an agent by contacting the community manager here. Have you tried a laptop/desktop and access chat through there? Go to the Visible website and click on the help tab and click the blue box bottom right corner. If you can't sign in or have issues it could be because you attempted to sign in too many times. You can use chat on a browser without the need to sign in. You can also message them on one of their social media networks, Facebook, X, Instagram, or on their support page on Reddit.

So I found out that my account is on hold for charge backs that are false.i owe nothing to visible my paid is always payed and now I'm without service for a bill that I have payed for(mind you I only used 1 card for my payment) the bank says they have not issued any chargeback to visable and the authorizing person(my dad) says the same thing the bank says. There is no charge back on this card for the payment of 25 dollars  on the date of 5/5/25. So please visable stop playing with my life and take this bloody hold off my account. Im paying for a service I can't use and it's not my fualt. The law would look at this as a scam.

This is a peer to peer forum, you will not get a hold of Visible by posting here. You have to contact them through chat or by messaging them on Facebook, X, Instagram or on their support page on Reddit.
