My phone has not been activated with visible. Right now I don't have any service! What should I do?

First off this is a peer to peer forum and there is not much we can do other than offer suggestions.
If you canceled your service with the carrier you are porting from before you were able to finish the activation with or before the port from your old carrier was finished you likely lost your number and I don't think there is much you can do.
My only suggestion is you contact your carrier that you are porting from and find out why you don't have service. You could also contact Visible to se about finishing the activation process. To contact them go to visible.com and click on the help tab at the top then click the little blue box on the bottom right and open chat, answer some of the questions with the chat bot and once you get a dialog box type agent then select "I want to speak to a representative" I think is what it says. You can also contact Visible on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, X, Instagram or on the support page on Reddit.
