Literally, sat here for an HOUR behind my pc? and the website LOGGED me OUT. How am I supposed to get my service restored if you guys are logging me out before I can talk to you?
According to one of the reps I’ve dealt with, if you’re inactive in a chat for 2 minutes it automatically logs you off. What I’ve done in the past is keep track of time & just used a period, it resets the process.
