I just bought a brand new iPhone 15 and switched to the Visible+ Plan, and Visible is not accepting any of my payment methods to pay my bill. I have tried 3 different credit cards, my PayPal account, Apple Pay and my debit card, every single time the payment has failed. I have been contacting customer support and getting absolutely no where. The problem got escalated to the engineering department 2 times and still they have not solved this problem. I have tried deleting the app, one of them even told me to update my phone to the newest version, I have tried clearing the cookies and clearing the history, I have tried the incognito window, but absolutely nothing has worked. I have called my bank and they told me Visible was not blocked. I have exasperated my resources.
on top of all of this, if I cannot pay my bill, my phone will not be on the visible service for the 60 days, and under my understanding, it will stay locked with visibles network. I have always loved Visible, but if I am unable to pay my bill due to this error, how is it fair that my phone will also stay locked to visibles network, how am I supposed to use the phone if I can’t even submit my payment method? I want to pay my bill and I want to give you my money to keep my service, but I can’t. This is unreal. Everything that could possibly go wrong, has went wrong and I don’t know what to do. Do I now have an $800 paper weight? I’m about to purchase another phone on Verizon and start new due to this, which I hate to do. I didn’t pay $800 for my phone to not be able to use it.
anyway, if anyone has any solutions or are dealing with the same thing, let me know please! This whole situation is terrible. Visible needs an option to be able to pay your bill over the phone so things like this can be avoided. Or for gods sake, a customer service phone number.
